Join us to canvass for petition signatures for our campaign, Solidarity Melts ICE. Don't worry if this is your first time canvassing; we will start every shift with canvassing training! Our campaign goals are as follows: 

1. Ends its contract with Flock Safety and the use of ALPRs in totality
2. Utilizes the B-Alert system to notify all students, faculty, staff, and other campus workers of suspected immigration enforcement on campus
3. Improves its protections of student workers from ICE by providing comprehensive safety plans for undergraduate student workers — explicitly in the event that ICE or federal officers of any kind are on campus calls; providing leave time for student workers who are attending immigration hearings, meetings, or any other necessary leave relating to immigration; refusing ICE from entering work sites or accessing employee records without a judicial warrant or subpoena; sharing with workers what employment information they give to the federal government; and consistently updating and discussing with student workers changes in immigration policy and its impacts on student workers.
